SEOchat Thursdays with Top Influencers

Picking the brains of some of the top SEOs in the industry is a dream for some of the Search Engine Optimization enthusiasts trying to learn and grow their skillsets. Attending conferences offers one opportunity to meet and speak with the experienced speakers and others in attendance, but some of the top conferences can cost a pretty penny, plus you have to consider travel expenses and if you will even be able to get any facetime with them as they’re in high demand.

If you really want to get some one-on-one interactions with your SEO role models, #SEOchat is where they’re at! The weekly Twitter chat takes place every Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m. ET and features top influencers like Lisa BuyerBruce Clay Inc., and Moz as moderators. There are a lot of regulars in the chat but you never know who might make a guest appearance.

Not only will you be able to communicate directly with industry leaders, if they are participating they will definitely respond to your questions as well. The topic and moderator varies from week to week but some of the past topics included:

  • SEO Education Guides Conferences and Learning for 2015
  • Why SEO Mobile Matters
  • Authorship, Influence + Content Creators
  • Promotion Across Paid, Owned, and Earned Media

And of course any major algorithm changes like Panda and Penguin and trending news.

So this week, be sure to mark your calendar and schedule your lunch break around #SEOchat for some great industry advice from top influencers.
