From the Pentagon to The Buyer Group, Carl W. Krouch brings more than 30 years experience in the leadership of large and small organizations. Before starting his second career in business management, Carl was a Commanding Officer in the U.S. Navy spending five years at the Pentagon.

His primary emphasis is in organizational communications, negotiations, productivity, and managing change.  He is also a proven specialist in effectively analyzing potential cost-savings and targeting areas of highest return, in addition to developing strategies to attain and sustain organizational goals.

Carl is a licensed real estate broker and an Accredited Land Consultant with the National Association of Realtors. His last position was Director of Sales and Marketing for Jacksonville-based Fleet Landing, an independent and assisted living master planned community. He is Past President of Beaches Kiwanis and on the Board of Directors Beaches Habitat, Fleet Landing and Tropical Software Inc.

Carl is a graduate from University of Wisconsin (Eau Claire) with a MS Management Systems from Central Michigan University. He is also an avid University of Florida fan and enjoys golf, baseball, and Gator football season.
